Stole Money Complaint being filed

    Hello. Gee when I found out there was only nine questions not to fill out before you can think about filing some kind of a disputer claim. How fortunate. Only nine questions just to begin to ask about something. This is the worst customer service of any retail environment I've ever experienced. I didn't know you had to fill out forms upon form upon form upon form up on form to find out any information and and this is way too many things to fill out way too much way too much way too long to wait about this this is not this is ridiculous about waiting for 4 days to find out nothing after you make your purchase I mean it's not how the long it's taken for me to inquire is is the costing more in my time than I've spent with an item that I don't even know when or how it's supposed to be delivered I guess I never knew an online a retail place you had to make so many deep inquiries for you that you should have made before you made a purchase after you make the purchase your warned then you should have inquired about everything every possible thing or why. I mean even with the purchase whatever I don't even know what how anything supposed to even show up and if it does it doesn't I'm so tired of dealing with it now that I just whether it's something shows up or not for the money I'm still going to complain to the ripoff report and the better Business bureau. All I can give him is my opinion but in my opinion counts and my opinion is what is actually happening. I just think the lack of knowledge and communication and commitment about dates and times or how or when is it just ridiculous and terrible. This is the worst online shopping experience I could have ever imagined. I'll just going to have a copy of this all of my communications here put into that so people can read it and they can decide for themselves. I'm really sorry I ever started it made the assumption that you could just make a purchase like a regular online company and it would be done and it was would be made in a reasonable amount of time even another reason about my time with clear communications and commitments would be something but you don't get that here. This you have, are terrible business practices in my opinion.
