Sold Comissioning someone to retrieve files from company in Round Rock, TX

Hello.
I am in pursuit of a proprietary toolset from a company called Kingsisle. These tools include, but are not limited to:

- A program called "Kobol" which is used to work on zones and other features in Kingsisle's flagship MMORPG, Wizard101. This tool is also soon to be capable of version control. Please PM me if you wish to see an image of the tool.

- A 3DS Max 2013 plugin which adds a new tab called "KI Tools".

I do not know how one would go about obtaining these files, which is why I am making this post. In the past, I have had contact with a former Kingsisle employee who was distasteful of the company after being let go. This is something he had to say in regards to stealing their files:

"If you were a master troll, you should walk into their office, plug a netbook in the network, put a "do not remove" on it, and go to town."

It sounds silly to me, but I guess whatever works, works. I also image it's possible to social engineer one of Kingsisle's employees in order to obtain these tools. Either that, or rat them. I don't care how they're obtained, I just care about the files themselves. I doubt these two tools are the only ones Kingsisle has in their vault. Any additional ones I did not list would be a great bonus.
