I bought a The North Face jacket from EpicTV based in France almost 12 months ago for £220 I'm in the UK. I have never worn it as the fit is too tight, Still has the tags. Originally I requested a return, which they accepted and mentioned no timescale to return. I never got round to returning it until months later when they said its too late now. I have spoken with the manager many times with no luck. How can I get this refunded? I am still willing to return if need be.. (prefer not to though as could put on eBay / or give as a gift to someone Thank you
