I am new to this game (since noctis banner) yet until now I still haven't got any notable 5* like Noctis, Lightning, Dark Fina, etc I would be very happy if anyone could # a good starter account for me, especially the one with noctis since he is my personal favorite and one of the reason why I'm playing this game in the first place.
