We're no longer interested in using Middleman, please confirm that the refund is being processed.
The buyer did not activate the order which is why the order didn't start. The order is active now. Once delivered, your payout will be released within 24 hours. If the buyers opt to cancel, he would not receive a refund, only credit so he can purchase another sellers account. Opting to not use middleman despite listing a middleman is a violation of our terms of service so take note of that as you would receive a strike/potential suspension for backing out of a sale. Minor issues like this should be submitted so support can properly resolve them.
