1. Date Dispute Happened: 2. Are You The Buyer or Seller: Seller 3. Total Transaction Value: $275.00 USD 4. Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below: (NOTE: I can provide the full conversation if necessary. SOME INFORMATION ARE PRIVATE.) Moral of the Story: I posted a sells thread for my Clash of Clans account. A buyer E-mailed me and we negotiated in relations to my Clash of Clans account. User stated that he couldn't send me the payment via PayPal (verification issue). 'Clasher27' asked me for an alternative payment method, so I suggested GiftRocket. User allegedly sent me the payment, so I gave him my Clash of Clans' account details. (NOTE: GiftRocket E-mails the recipient that they have received a sum of money as a gift.) I waited 2-days before GiftRocket cancelled the payment. I contacted the buyer and he sent me another GiftRocket payment. After 2-days of waiting, I received an E-mail from the GiftRocket support team, and they declined the payment once again. I gave the buyer the benefit of the doubt, and decided to give him an opportunity to pay for his debt. Since the user was incapable of using GiftRocket, along with PayPal, I requested for him to gift me a Digital Amazon Gift Card (Automated E-mail). After a few hours of not receiving the payment, I E-mailed him, and he responded that Amazon would not accept the transaction. The user stated that he would call Amazon the next day to resolve the problem. Fast forward to today, the buyer messaged me stating that he lost access to the account. He was attempting to sell my Clash of Clans account that I allegedly "sold" to him, even though I never received a payment for it. I have been waiting patiently for over 6-days, and he has yet to pay me. Apparently, after he was desperately attempting to sell my account (which he did not pay for), he was scammed, and has lost my account. Now he has no money and no account and I did not receive anything for the Clash of Clans account that I "sold" to him. I have received a numerous amount of excuses from this so-called "buyer". He even had the audacity to sell my possession (Clash of Clans' account), so he can "pay me back". TL;DR Version: I "sold" my Clash of Clans' account to 'Clasher27'. I provided the user my Clash of Clans' information. (e.g. original e-mail address, password) I did not receive a formal payment (transactional difficulties). After 6-days of waiting, the user contacted me stating that he lost the account. He was trying to sell my Clash of Clans' account in order to pay his debt. User gets scammed, and loses access to my Clash of Clans' account. He does not have money to pay me back, nor my account anymore. - I lost my Clash of Clans' account. - I did not receive a payment for the account sale.
Did I not tell you what happened? They canceled payment both time a because they knew we were doing deal involving clash of clans sales. They canceled the first time because I said "for the clash account" they canceled the second time because I used the same credit card information. Obviously they would know that it's the same person? I told you I'll pay you.
Secondly, how are you going to pay me back? You even stated that after I attempt to retrieve the Clash of Clans' account back, the person that scammed you might pay you, then you'll pay me back. Since you lost my account, how will you pay me back?
In the beginning, I gave you the benefit of the doubt, and I trusted you to send me a formal payment. Since you did not complete your part of the bargain, how could I trust you?
Either way you didn't provide full access to the account. I only had email and password no security questions. Well, either way I'll pay you. Don't believe my word. I know I will.
I provided security question answers' to the best of my acknowledgement. As well as the creation date, original e-mail address, and the first payment information (ORDER ID #, receipt date, and last 4-digits of the debit card). Don't even you dare to act clever and state that I did not provide "full access to the account". I provided the account information, and you did not pay me. Then you even had the audacity to sell my account, in order to "pay me back". Who is to know if you were even going to pay me back?
Actually you didn't. Supercell doesn't accept copy and pasted information they need a full screenshot of the receipt.
You got to be joking, right? If necessary, I'll even provide a screenshot of the E-mail. (CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION)
Did I ever state that I provided a screenshot of the transaction? Secondly, a screenshot of the transaction would be impossible to retrieve. Because before I sent you the account information, along with information to the original E-mail address, I deleted all of my mail (confidential data).
You're the guilty one, not me. It's pathetic on how you're attempting to defend yourself by pinpointing minor flaws in relations to the transaction. You're a joke.
I told you I'll pay you and that's how I'm leaving my end. If it makes you happy we can try giftrocket again.
I cant stop laughing at the fact that you tried to tell everyone i scammed you even though i had nothing to do with the scam against you., and you tried to make it public and ruin my credibility, when in reality YOU scammed this guy, and then got a taste of your own medicine from a 13 year old kid. sorry you didnt get your money @Sarahrae, but this guy is a complete jerk. i hope they finally ban him.
