So I used to refund tons of gems off of Clash Royale ($1k+) but took a break for about a year. I just attempted a $120 refund which succeeded, but about a day later Supercell actually also took back the gems that I purchased, leaving me with a negative balance that I had to pay off LOL. Is there any new methods out there that allows you to keep the gems or is Clash Royale not refundable anymore?
