Only needs Wall, Watch Tower, Training Grounds, and Hospital upgraded to 39 before you can upgrade citadel to 40 and begin working on the level 40 Farm, University, and Training Grounds to unlock T5. Research Combat has all T4 Attack, Armor, and training at level 6. Only needs to be brough upt to 7 and begin researching the T5 troops left. Please message for more details.
