After agreeing to the price, he provided his email address for Paypal payment. After notifying him I paid, he stopped responding and went offline. I was able to chat with @robo , one of the users that left him positive feedback recently. robo confirmed that the account Chief_Ironborn sold to me was already sold to him.
@Admin Please review this dispute and the private conversation. I paid him for an account and he has not delivered and stopped responding to me. He log in frequently and might still be trying to scam others in private conversations.

This user also has not been banned. He logs in everyday and is 'engaged in conversation' with someone. That's how he scammed me and I don't understand why he is allowed to continue doing so. Can't the admin at least contact him to respond to this dispute? I've seen that in other threads but not this one.
