    Did you send this payment through Services or Friends & Family?

    If you have sent it through services, you should be able to open a dispute via this link -

    Note: You cannot dispute it if you sent the money over 180 days (Im sure)

    That should be able to get your money back.

    If you have sent through Friends & Family, there is nothing you can do to get the money back. Thats why I highly recommend you only send through services to avoid scams.

    The only thing you can do is inform the fraud police about this scam.
