Stole Money charged twice for same transaction

    I just checked my banking statements and it shows that my bank shows 2 transactions for the same purchase ( just 1 cent difference for some reason ) even tho the transaction went through the other day.
    Was this supposed to happen or is this a bug?

    Update, contacted my bank for a double charge( fraud charge in their terms ). Will have middle know as this is ridiculous on the amount of time I have to wait for it @Middleman
