I did my first Fitbit SE ever yesterday by changing the email to mine and contacting a rep. However, I just realized they emailed the previous email on the account about the change and the owner contacted me saying why did I change her account, do I have her lost Fitbit, etc. The SE is still successful as the pebble is already shipped out today to me, but for the next SE, is it possible to give the rep a different email address for shipment/replacement info instead of the email on the account or is that not possible? And can you SE another Fitbit using a replacement Fitbit you get?
