Resolved Cashout credits

    I receive the credits you guys sent me due to the fact the order was canceled. I paid 360.50 dollars but you guys give me 350 credits. Am I going to receive 360 and it will go back to the original payment? I paid by PayPal. If you guys can deal with it I can close the case on Paypal now. Waiting for a response thanks

    Actually if a PayPal dispute is opened, the cashout will be denied and your PlayerUp Account will be closed. Why dispute when you're already protected. Inform us when this dispute is closed, then you can open another ticket rwquesting a cashout.
