Hi, I tried to google this, but nothing clear out there. Is there a safe way to cashout my gift card balance? I wanted to get enough for a laptop, but the fees are huge and I can get it cheaper in my country. It's for .com. I need a 100% success rate on whatever method you recommend (if at all possible).
