Based on the evidence you have provided so far it looks like you just dealt with an imposter. Someone claiming they are @tuanda82 but aren't actually him. We get this alot from people portraying themselves as us or a well established member here. If you still believe this is the actual @tuanda82 that scammed you though, then we need 2 things 1). @tuanda82 has an actual K..I..K username. Does this K..I..K username match his username? 2). Did you ever chat with @tuanda82 on PlayerUp.com? If so, please provide those screenshots either PlayerUp Chat or PlayerUp Conversation Ticket Inbox. If you can't provide either, then you're dealing with an imposter. Next step would then be contacting Supercell and trying to reclaim access to the account.

Since no actual evidence can be provided that the actual @tuanda82 was involved here, we are assuming it was an imposter. As you should already know we're limited on what we can do here. Not sure who you actually spoke with. I will also point out based on the logs @tuanda82 has not once ever purchased an account here so buying from you was what tipped me off right away this was an imposter using @tuanda82 name. Your next step is to recover the account. That's all you can do. If you need directions, let us know and we can assist you further. Other than that, I cannot take action against @tuanda82 as he wasn't actually involved. Sorry you had to deal with this scammer and hopefully you can recover the account so his effort to scam you will be a waste.
