Hi guys. Do places inform you typically if the carrier will investigate? I got someone to do a Gamestop order and they weren't told by the rep that any investigation will take place. It's been 2 days since and the refund has already been given (checked the bank this morning and money already returned). Just wondering as I'd like to open the items, but I want to be clear from anything just in case. Wouldn't necessarily be an issue if one does come, but one of my roommates signed for the item with their name (just my luck, they came home right as the carrier arrived lol) so if they are at the door if the carrier comes, things might be hard. I've heard generally after a week if nothing happens you're fine. Thanks!
