Can't sell?

    I'm trying to sell a service for Marvel Contest Of Champions. I can't seem to post and if I had to guess that would be because of my ban which was a complete misunderstanding and it was all handled once the buyer contacted me. May I post my service in Contest of Champions? My ban was for apparently scamming someone when the account was actually region detected by Blizzard and was banned for account selling.
