Cant recieve money from Playerup

    I am seller, I sold my acc 23.03.2020. All ok with the deal. PlayerUp received my money from buyer and buyer received my acc. Until now PlayerUp did not transfer my money to me. Today 18.04.2020. I start withdraw money from PlayerUp MM wallet 23.03.2020 and did not received them. Today I received notification – Transfer completed, sent to MM wallet – but I don’t have money on Paypal ore Yandex where I withdraw my money. Also I don’t have money on MM wallet. Pls help me and return my money!

    I also keep waiting for my money to be paid for more than 1 month and I'm going to arrive in 2 months .....

    So when you sell something, the money is sent to your players up account. The top right of the screen you will need to use the cash out option.

    Of course, i made cashout from my Playerup wallet 23.03.2020 to my PayPal and Yandex wallet, but until now i dont recieve money, pls help!

    I know I had a delay with my cashout going to PayPal. You might have to change your cash out selection.
    @Middleman can you please assist.

    During this whole Corona pandemic everything is getting delayed, give it a few days and if not then try to get mm to respond again

    This is not delay, i recieved system notification that transfers completed, but i did not recieve money on my PayPal Yandex wallets, also i did not recieve my money back to my PlayerUp MM wallet. I have O balance on my MM wallet.
