I have requested payment for an order that I (wrongfully) thought was complete. The payment was held as 'Duplicate submission.' The order should be complete now since the buyer and I have confirmed delivery. I was asked by the Middleman to re-request payment, and I did. But the previous 'Duplicate submission' request has changed to 'Completed: sent to MM Wallet,' however, I have received nothing (in my MM balance or in my payment method). The order is still not complete and I get no reply or update from Middleman. Any help would be appreciated.
