Can you get a playerup refund back to your playerup wallet?(not chargeback on paypal)

Im new to 'playerup refunding' and my question is can i get a refund back to my playerup 'wallet' as charging back on paypal is something i don't want to do as i have had ALOT of money come through my account from fitbit's on ebay and if they ever look into my account they could love you love you me.​
