Can I get Apple to charge customers?

    I have a lot of customers whom I have refunded stuff from Apple for, but they never paid me. Some of them are 6-8 months old, can I contact Apple and tell them I found the device and they can charge me for it? Can anyone confirmed they actually do bill?
