3 Months ago I bought an ebook about refunding iPhone from aliexpress. The boy promised great support, but he didn`t really helped me in any way after I purchased the phone, he just answered some questions before I oreder it. Anyway, his method is obviously not working so I need an advice here. When opening a dispute I should have lied about the refurbished iphone I bought being broken and then they should have offered me to take it to a service, I "take it" and it happens to be stolen (I put in on lost mode 1 week before so it becomes blacklisted). So they didn't offer me to take it to a service, neither did AliExpress when I escalated the dispute. They told me its from the charger and will refund me $35 to buy a new charger. Now the dispute is closed and Im love you up, because I believed these boy`s method and bought I phone I wasnt in great need of, just wanted to get it if it was for free, you know. Now Im planning to open the chat service aliexpress offers and tell them the service I take it to after they closed the dispute told me its stolen. Can the seller or AE sue me in any way if they see I`m trying to lie about the phone being stolen? 1st option is they believe and refund, despite of the closed dispute, 2nd option is that they find out about the lie and love you me up or what?
