Couple of questions:

1. What level are your factories & farms?
2. What officer skills do you have and at what level? I.e is it fully committed and set up for MRA? Level 20 mra, mre etc

factories = 34 and 31
officers skills = warfare are all set to mid range damage, mid range expert and melee hp; a few are maxed and room to level easily.
farms available = c27, c21 (x2), c20 (x4), c18 (x1) -- C21s are maxed resource buildings, c27 is near max, c18 is maxed resources and currently upgrading c19 and then c20. c20s are good producing but not maxed yet.
