It's already very well written by whomever did it just remove the cookie of that site which is blocked for download and restart ur browser n download.......... or use c cleaner or windows washer I hate how AT&T added a bandwith limit of 150 mb. So dumb. Good thing my university doesn't know how to block torrents lol!
