-Essential mods (Transient, blind rage, fleeting, etc)
-All essential primed mods (Ravaged, target cracker, point blank, etc.)
-Most/all warframes (at least the ones used most often, like rhino, volt, etc.)
-Powerful equipment (Seller's discretion as to the definition of powerful)
-Has not been used for illegal platinum trading
-Has not been banned for any reason
-Focus tree MUST have some completion of Energy Overflow
