Buying PSO2 Accounts with certain requirements Character Level doesn't matter. All I'm asking for is the account to have the achievement It's basically do all the expeditions on normal all the way till Las Vegas and that's it. I'm willing to pay a good amount of Meseta for accounts with said achievement, we can negotiate the price per account on discord.
