I messaged this guy to see if he would mod me a GTAO account because mine got banned and I added him on Skype and I looked up his name and I found out that hes been banned on playerup on 2 accounts for scamming. I brought that up in the convo and he made up some bullsh*t excuse and then I said that I would report him and then he started saying racial comments.
