Its up to you to PAY FIRST then recieve what your buying? Im sure its the same way all over the world. When you go to the Store do you pick up clothes and wear them? THEN PAY?.......... Try and think about that a little bit. ok about ur shop example if you steal the clothes u get arrested and if u steal my money here I can't do anything.
