Hello. I'm a winston main in master (3700 sr currently) and I can't seem to manage to break the GM barrier. I would like to find a 4200+ SR main winston who would be willing to offer coaching services. However if you think you can couch me without these criterias let me know. Price #, Will pay first if you have some rep here in playerup or we can use a middleman on your expense. Terms : 1. I will pay on an hourly/per game basis, depending on your preference. 2. If our time runs out and we're mid game in a coaching session you will stay until the end of the game for no further payment. 2a. If there's less than 7 minutes remaining to the session I will not start a competitive match, instead, I will start a quick play match and you may leave at the end of the hour. 3. I will be coached in whatever way you seem fit. You don't have to be polite or nice, but you have to do your job and you have to do it well without slacking off. 4. If I have any small questions I may ask them of you by text and for no payment. (E.G "Hey, who should i duo with, DPS or Support"). 5. During coaching sessions I will do solo que only as to not interrupt you. 6. Before hiring you I will have a testing match with you in competitive that is free of charge, to check whether or not you're fit to coach. 7. If you need to leave mid-coaching session I will have the remainder of that time on our next session (E.G, If you've left 30 minutes into the coaching session our next session will be 1:30 hours) 7a. If I'm paying you on a game-to-game basis, and not an hourly basis I will not pay for a match you've left before the end of. Terms #.
