As the title says, I'm looking to buy either or. Depending on how flexible the account is, such as how many legendary's it has, how many vials it has, etc etc will determine my price offer. For a master account that has limited resources (as in less than 70 legendary's or very few vials to craft them), I offer $70 to $90. For a GM account of the same status as the aforementioned, I offer $120. If the account has tons of flairs, emblems, and can build any deck, I offer $150 to $175. Again, depending on how much it has.
