Sold Buying Buying a Twitch account, Show me what you got!

Hello, I'm looking to buy a twitch Affiliate account or an account that would be eligible for being one if I were to start streaming on it, so that means no accounts that facecam have been used because Followers would know something is up, I am from NA as well so English viewers would be key.

But really affiliate doesn't matter as long as it's a solid account, nothing big though please like 10K followers as my budget is $35. So just something simple that I could hop on & start steaming from, Tenure is a big bonus though so if you've have an account with 0 followers but from 2010 I'd be interested.
