   Hi,
   
   When I buy an account via the link, then I can choose the insurance packages.
   I choose when, choose the payment option, but in the next screen the cost for the insurance package isn't counted into the Total amount to pay....
   
   is thuis normal?

   It's not normal, however an alternate way here is just place a 2nd payment with the insurance package included. We'll automatically apply it to your next order.
