Buying  Buying a max or high level wizard

    What I’m looking for:
    School: Balance PREFERRED; BUT storm, myth, death, and ice offers are welcome. No life or fire.
    Level: 160 preferred but 140-150 offers are welcome.
    What does not matter: Gear, Quest line, Pet, mounts, aesthetics and cosmetics.

    There is no budget, prices are negotiated or accepted. Please note that the things I listed in “does not matter” does not mean I won’t take them into price consideration, what I listed was simply the specifics, the only wizards I won’t buy are life or fire wizards.
