    -10 years of service or more
    -Must have at least 3 or more old steam badges from (2010-2013) Referring to these badges: CLICK HERE
    -Must have something unique on the account. For example: 5 & 10 yr coins, cheater's lament/soldier of fortune or higher, maybe even competitive medals. (Does not have to have all of these)
    -NO VAC BAN
