    I've bought an account, order no. is 1130000000446767308
    but the seller has refused as he is busy and in problem, so I need my money that I've already paid to the website as a refund.
    Want to just cancel my order and need refund but the cancel order mark is not working, only three working so please help me here and fast.

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation

    Options to cancel order is dead, the marks are not working! Only first three marks are working.
