I'm looking for a new state, I just don't have much left in my current state, most of my good friends have gone to different states, only a couple remain, and I'm kinda stuck in the middle where I'm at. I'm lvl 31 hq, and I'm looking for somewhere in the realm of 740-780, if your state needs it you can put me in contact with your governor as they would need to approve it for the higher states.
