    125 Mages with Max AA's EM30 raid earrings and above average gear (some raid gear, some chase loot, and ALL type-5 and Type-7 Augs filled.

    The big thing is all progression (not raids) done for all expacs from ToV on with the exception of CoV. TOV/ToL/NOS and LS done with all merc and partisan quests, Paragons, Challenger complete on all missions from NoS and LS, and Hunters completed. The Rallos zek EAR, NoS cloak and LS Necklace evolved all the way up until raids. Plenty of clickys like...
