Hi! I am quite new to reddit so I dont know if this is the right forum, but delete it if it is not. I bought a pretty rare steam account, but I was told to not add funds until my region changed to the right one. In my case it changed immediately to my home country automatically when I went to check region. Is this normal and if so, is it safe to add funds with my own debit/credit card or paypal? The seller told me to use gift cards, but they dont sell them in my country. Please help! # #/AnonymStorKar # .
