Bought monitor arm/stand off ebay. Some reasons to get partial/full refund?

    I bought a monitor arm/stand off ebay. Its not a branded one, its a unbranded generic one. What's a reason I could use to get a partial/full refund? A fault in the product reason (not saying it didn't arrive because its tracked and requires a signature for delivery).
