I was trying to buy something from a seller I bought from before. Whenever I complete the transaction, it tells me "Your transaction has been cancelled". The seller said he'll contact support. He contacted support and informed me that I am banned. I don't know for what. I am creating this message to be unblocked.

It might be because of my last purchase. I bought an item and the transaction happened. My money was taken after the payment. Although, the seller didn't have the item and he was last on the website on January. So, I changed the status to "Buyer - Cancel Order". That might be why I am blocked.
