I can upgrade my bioenhancers but is it a waste to level & promote lower rarity bios high and then use them to upgrade higher rarity when I get them? Or should I keep waiting to get higher rarity first and invest into that. Not sure if it's a 1 for 1 exchange. Thanks # #/KevinStro . .
