I am just reaching out to someone who can get an IP address for someone who is trying to blackmail my friend with her #. I want to find who he is to scare him, if anyone can help me to track a Skype username or Instagram that would be awesome. This guy told her if he sent her # he'd send $1000 to her but it ended up her getting black mailed. love you that guy...
