Hi guys I did a PayPal goods not received through PayPal and the shoe company didn't respond so PayPal closed the case and refunded my money.. So I decided to double dip them for the replacement items and after doing their investigations they said they are having issues creating a replacement on their system so they have refunded me on the payment method used which was PayPal, I got a refund confirmation from them for this outling the refund but NO refund confirmation from PayPal.. but I'm confused.. If PayPal already refunded me, how can they refund me again? Surely when they log into PayPal and search for the transaction and try and refund me, it will show a dispute had been made and refund already processed due to no response from them.. They are a big company so probably they don't access their payment and their have some script in their payment processing payment that is linked to PayPal that can process a refund without any of their staff members logging in to manually process it.. I'm worried PayPal will block in some way. Here's the email they sent when they processed the refund: At your request, your order placed on 15th September 2017 has been refunded. You should see £1,980.00 credited to your account soon. So basically can it be possible for a double refund from PayPal (dispute) and from the company who you go too?
