New lvl 25 tank, almoat every building upgraded to lvl 24 juat atarting lvl 25 upgrades. Tier 1 and tier 2 technology research all done tier 3 about half way . 33 officers all level 25 and up. Highest 2 are currently at lvl 40 couple 30's most are 25 and three stars . commandos are almost strengthened to lvl 17 . About 250k troops at the moment .Tier 8 troops are available . almoat vip lvl 11. Experience wise lvl 33 .Great corps bf currently at piece .
