I know they do an 8-day investigation for high value orders. It's been like 6 days since the start of the call and so haven't gotten an email or anything. Do they normally take the actual 8 days for the investigation or is it within 6 days. They've had like 6-7 business days now. I didn't know this love you would take this long.
