So Bestbuy say they have given me a refund over the phone, and even gave me a case number for it. This is my first time doing this, and not sure if what theyre saying is true as I havent got any emails whatsoever, so the reps ive spoken to (two) may not know what theyre saying. Can somebody out there tell me if the reps ever say you will get a refund, but you actually don't or is it a case of whatever they say is going to happen Thanks in advance
