So basically I bought an iPad Pro and did a refund on it. I bs some excuse and got them to give me a replacement the next day. However, today I got an email saying they have filed a lost tracer to ups and will take 8 business days to investigate. Does that mean I can't use the iPad Pro until investigation is over?
