I really want to get a new phone but I'm not really ready to drop like $800 so I'd like to ty and get a refund on one. Does anyone know the best site to use and a good refunder to do it? Also does anyone know if any has installment plans so I can get it for like $200 or something at first so I don't blow all my money at once? Thank you. Edit: could I buy one with the apple upgrade program and could a refunder somehow get me out of that after I receive the phone??
