Hello, I had posted a week or so back about my refund for a 1.2k iphone x from best buy. The delivery was strange, however. It had the signature required mark but... Instead of "signed by", my delivery page shows "received by (my last name)." Should I proceed with "I had never received it" in this case? Or should I say empty box? And I heard that if prompted, getting a replacement and then returning said replacement for a refund would be safer+guaranteed refund. Should I do this?
