Whats the most affective way for Best Buy. My package come yesterday it was a MacBook for around $1300 total. They left it on my porch no signature. I was going to just do the never arrived since they left it on porch but I dont know if empty box or defective will work better. Trying to get some insite. I know I could say defective with battery acid all over or something and get a replacement and return that but that might start an investigation. Empty box theyll want the box back. And never arrived they would issue and refund or send a replacement Im not sure.
